How Long Does Shipping Take?
We typically fulfill orders within 3-5 business days of ordering and shipping takes 5-7 business days, depending on where you live. You will receive an email from hello@jennycipolettijewelry.com once your order has been shipped out.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping for domestic orders (United States only) above $500. This offer cannot be redeemed with other promotions and it's subject to change.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We only ship within the United States and Canada but we hope to ship internationally soon. Let us know where you'd like to see us available!
How Do I Change My Shipping Address?
We can only accommodate address changes within 24 hours of your order being placed and we ask that you please email hello@jennycipolettijewelry.com so we can assist. For orders that have been shipped out already, please contact the shipping carrier to see if they can accommodate your request.
Where's My Package?
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot find it, please email us within 2 days of your delivery date. After 5 days, we are unable to assist you and recommend that you contact the mail service who handled your package to file a missing package claim.
If you entered your address incorrectly and therefore do not receive your package, we are unable to send you a replacement or refund your purchase. Please ensure you are entering your information correctly.
RETURN POLICY
At Jenny Cipoletti Jewelry, we hope you are completely delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange for unworn items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that returned merchandise is accompanied by the original packaging and shows no signs of wear.
How Do I Request a Return?
Contact us at hello@jennycipolettijewelry.com within 15 days of receiving your item(s). Include your exchange request reason and order number in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to respond with the next steps. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return shipment and we do not provide a label for return.
Important Notes
Sale Items are Final: All items purchased during a site-wide sale period are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit: Once we receive your return in the required condition, we will issue a store credit for the item(s) being exchanged. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Store credit codes are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition: Jenny Cipoletti Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received in unsatisfactory condition.
Damaged Goods
All jewelry is meticulously inspected before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email hello@jennycipolettijewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Each case will be handled individually to ensure a swift resolution.
